Des Moines Iaido

Iaido is the art of simultaneously drawing and cutting with the Japanese sword. Both a physical and a mental discipline, this style of swordsmanship is uniquely Japanese.

We practice Muso Shinden Ryu iaido, as well as All-Japan Kendo Federation seitei iaido and jodo.
